Role: AI Automations Specialist
Monthly Rate: $900 - $1100/month
Availability: Part-time - 20 hours/week

Requirements
Experience Needed:
The specialist’s central responsibility is to build AI-supported workflows, integrations, databases, dashboards, and operating systems around business processes that the client defines.
For example, the LinkedIn and opportunity workflow is primarily an automation system. It may include:
- Capturing relevant companies, roles, projects, and decision-makers.
- Connecting available sources and APIs.
- Structuring the information in a database or CRM.
- Using an LLM to compare opportunities with my professional profile.
- Generating content, outreach, or application drafts from my existing experience and materials.
- Creating follow-up actions and pipeline dashboards.
- Keeping all public actions subject to the client's approval.
The same technical foundation applies across the planned work:
- AI and LLM workflows.
- n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable automation platforms.
- APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Excel and Google Sheets automation.
- Databases and CRM-style systems.
- Basic Python or practical scripting.
- Dashboards and management views.
- Documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer.
The applications will be implemented sequentially according to priority. After that, the same specialist can progressively support:
1. LinkedIn and opportunity-system automation.
2. The client's personal business operating system and portfolio.
3. Personal finance workflow and dashboard.
4. Industrial workflows such as the Weld Book and RT/NDT prototype.
Good to have:
- **Basic Python and software development. Advantage:** practical coding, testing, error handling, version control, deployment, and maintainable architecture.
- **AI and agentic systems:** LLMs, NLP, RAG and document workflows, AI agents, and connected agents or sub-agents.
- **Data and business intelligence:** Excel, Google Sheets, SQL and databases, analytics, dashboards, and preferably Power BI.
- **Solution design:** selecting the right tools, features, technologies, and architecture for each use case, then building, testing, documenting, and improving the solution.
- **Clear execution:** realistic estimation, structured communication, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous development with the fast-moving AI landscape.
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Workflow automation (n8n, Make, or similar platforms)
- APIs and integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, system integrations)
- Claude / Claude Code and AI workflows (LLMs, AI agents, RAG, document workflows)
