You do not need to come from the insurance industry to be successful here. We're looking for someone who is driven, coachable, comfortable communicating with customers, and ready to learn. Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, automotive, or other people-focused roles can translate well into this opportunity.

You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship while developing the skills to build a successful insurance career, with opportunities to grow into leadership and potentially pursue agency ownership in the future.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, networking, and community outreach

• Ask questions to understand each customer's needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Prepare quotes and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage your sales pipeline

• Build long-term customer relationships that generate retention and referrals

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

• Continue developing your insurance knowledge and sales skills through ongoing coaching and training

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goals

• Confidence speaking with customers by phone and in person

• Persistence and the ability to stay motivated when hearing "no"

• Coachable, dependable, and willing to learn

• Sales or customer-facing experience is preferred, but not required

• Active Michigan insurance licensing is a plus, or willingness to complete required licensing

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
