Utilizing Capital’s distribution reach and relationships, we reflect the skills and behaviors of top teams that drive growth. Guided by our proprietary Pathways to Growth research, our programs offer tailored learning to help advisors succeed, regardless of their career stage. We focus on practice-based, guided learning with measurable implementation, strengthening the relationship with Capital and fostering investment opportunities along the way.

The APMC role requires leadership, teamwork, agility, flexibility, and creativity. It involves integrating practice management curricula, tailoring them for various engagements, and collaborating with internal partners to develop key programs.
