About the role:
As an Admin Officer at John Goodlet Manor - Picton, every day you're empowered to make a meaningful difference to people's lives. Within our supportive work environment, your skills and compassion are valued. You will have the opportunity to:

• Respond to phone and email enquiries

• Greet visitors and residents, ensuring their entry into the logbook

• Manage rostering and staff allocations

• Ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Maintain the organization's compliance requirements

About You:
We are excited to hear from you about this role! We are looking out for:

• Experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar Health related organisation

• Highly organised and able to manage time effectively

• Managing a Reception area including high-volume calls and emails as well as in-person enquiries

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Team player but also able to work independently

• Resilience and ability to manage complaints and problem-solve

• Above average computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office and experience in CRM systems

• Attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal skills

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
