Key Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture
•    Design scalable and maintainable SCADA architectures using AVEVA System Platform
•    Develop object-based architecture, templates, and standards
•    Define system topology, redundancy, and data flow

Development & Implementation

•    Configure InTouch HMI applications
•    Develop graphics aligned with ISA 101 guidelines
•    Implement alarm management strategy (priority, classification, suppression)
•    Configure AVEVA Historian for data collection, optimization, and reporting
•    Develop scripts (QuickScript / .NET) for automation logic

Integration
•    Integrate SCADA with Siemens and Rockwell PLCs
•    Configure communication through OPC, DA/UA, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP
•    Implement MES / ERP integration and database connectivity (SQL)

Project Execution & Leadership
•    Lead SCADA project execution from design to commissioning
•    Coordinate with engineering, operations, and IT teams
•    Ensure project timelines, quality, and documentation standards

Support & Troubleshooting
•    Diagnose and resolve system issues (communication, data errors, performance)
•    Monitor system health, optimize performance, and ensure uptime
•    Support production systems and continuous improvements

Mandatory Skills
•    Strong hands-on experience in:
o    AVEVA System Platform (Application Server, Galaxy Repository)
o    InTouch HMI (Modern / Classic)
o    AVEVA Historian
•    Proven experience in SCADA architecture and deployment
•    Integration experience with Siemens / Rockwell PLCs
•    Strong knowledge of industrial protocols
•    SQL/database experience
•    Strong debugging and troubleshooting skillset
