We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist II to join our global Finance team, where innovation knows no borders. This team ensures accurate, compliant invoice processing across international regions to keep business operations moving smoothly. It streamlines global transaction systems so our partners and teams can collaborate with complete financial clarity. As an Accounts Payable Specialist II, you will manage mid-level vendor payment operations and cross-regional compliance across the Americas and Latin America queues. You will turn complex multi-currency transactions into accurate ledger entries, guide stakeholders through automated workflows and resolve regional payment blocks independently. This role requires sharp problem-solving skills, financial discipline and the resilience to adapt quickly to shifting business demands across time zones.

What you'll do

  • Execute end-to-end processing for purchase order and non-purchase order vendor invoices while maintaining compliance with internal controls and global governance frameworks.
  • Perform regular vendor statement reconciliations across assigned regions to reduce aged balances, clear open items and maintain ledger accuracy.
  • Resolve routine invoice discrepancies independently and partner across regional teams to prevent supply chain disruptions.
  • Support global payment processing and month-end close activities by completing unmatched invoice analysis and accrual workflows.
  • Use AI-driven optical character recognition tools and intelligent workflows to automate data extraction, reduce manual entry errors and accelerate invoice cycle times.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of progressive accounts payable experience within a global shared services environment or multi-entity corporation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate clearly across diverse regional teams.
  • Proven success managing multi-currency transactions and navigating regional statutory and tax regulations.
  • Strong proficiency handling automated workflow tools, optical character recognition platforms and mid-level spreadsheet functions like data filtering and lookup tables.
  • Practical experience using generative AI tools, predictive analytics or automation to resolve system blocks, summarize vendor inquiries and clear exception queues faster.
