Job Responsibilities

•Code invoices and remit them to the office daily

•Review prior month’s parts reconciliation and follow reconciling items to fruition

•Compile all documents for proper month end reconciliation and review with Parts Manager, General Manager, and Office Manager

•Keep record of dirty and clean cores as well as follow through with returns

•Collect PFR amounts

•Assist in internet function when necessary

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior accounts payable experience preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive industry or in retail accounting office
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet all deadlines
• Must have the ability to work well with all levels of staff and management
• Effective organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook

The typical schedule for an Accounts Payable Clerk is Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
