About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance team by overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies, supporting financial reporting processes, and contributing to the efficient operation of the Finance department.
What You Will Do
- Supervise daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Review accounting transactions, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
- Assist with audits and provide required financial information and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and inquiries.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and processes.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in Accounting or Finance, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a must.
