In this position, you will be a key member of the Record to Report team, taking a lead role in period-close activities to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our financial information. What are we looking for?

Essential Requirements (What is indispensable to start):

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, period-close processes, and financial reporting.

• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.

Desirable Requirements (These will be considered differentiators, but you can learn with us):

• Experience in a Record-to-Report or General Accounting role.

• Previous work in a Shared Services and/or a multi-entity, multi-country environment.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead and coordinate accounting closing activities for your assigned scope, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial data.

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for complex accounting issues and supporting root-cause analysis.

• Drive process improvements by continuously reviewing accounting and close processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and standardization.

• Support a strong control environment by performing and documenting accounting controls and identifying any potential gaps.
