About the Job

• Review expense invoices and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries

• Prepare, plan, and follow up on supplier payments

• Monitor and resolve any negative balances in accounts

• Record bank transactions in the system and perform monthly bank reconciliations

• Prepare prepaid expenses schedules and perform regular reconciliations

• Monitor, control, and reconcile advances and deposits given

• Preparation of VAT refund lists and monthly tax declarations (VAT1, VAT2, Withholding Tax returns).

• Review general expenses and monitor monthly accrual accounts

• Prepare daily cash flow reports  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field,

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting,

• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel,

• Experience with ERP systems is preferred,

• Good command of English is preferred,

• Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail,

• Strong planning and organizational skills,

• Team player with strong communication skills,

• Able to work in a hybrid model
