Lyra Technology Group is a private equity-backed holding company that invests in and operates industry leading technology service businesses. Our companies are operated independently by exceptional management teams. Companies that join our group retain the employees, name, and culture that have made them successful. Lyra Technology Group is seeking an Account Manager for one of their operating companies, ACE Technology Group.  The Account Manager is responsible for the health, satisfaction, and growth of a dedicated portfolio of existing ACE clients. Acting as the client's trusted advisor and primary point of contact, this role ensures accounts receive proactive, high-touch service through regular business reviews, security audits, project management support, and both in-person and virtual check-ins. The Account Manager also drives account growth by identifying upsell opportunities, confirming clients are leveraging their technology effectively, aligning on future roadmap plans, and ensuring clients are fully aware of the breadth of solutions ACE offers. This is a relationship-first role: while a working knowledge of managed IT and cybersecurity concepts is important, strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to build lasting client trust are the most critical qualities for success.

About ACE Technology Group…
