As an Account Management- Associate 2, you will engage in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, confirming their needs are met and providing exceptional service. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives, driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility. Your role will involve understanding client goals, managing accounts, and utilizing effective strategies to build trust and loyalty, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining a positive reputation for the organization.

You will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities

- Analyzing and reporting data using dashboards and reporting formats

- Understanding and interpreting financial and reporting information

-  Preparing inputs and information from databases and other sources that helps PwC win in the marketplace

- Providing industry insights and analysis

-  Updating recent data in CRM systems

-  Executing projects as per defined guidelines and SLAs
- Utilizing market research and digital analytics to enhance brand visibility and capture new business opportunities
- Engaging with clients to understand their goals and manage accounts effectively
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth and loyalty
- Applying CRM software to track client interactions and improve customer satisfaction
- Supporting the development of creative campaigns to promote the firm's services
- Gathering information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns
- Participating in stakeholder engagement to align strategies with organizational targets
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of tasks to deliver quality work
- Developing commercial awareness and understanding how the business operates

What You Must Have

- Full time graduate or the equivalent degree

-Associates with 1-3 years of experienced in secondary research, CRM tool (any)/ should be aware of CRM concept. Excellent communication (Written and spoken both)

-Shift timings –9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST and 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM IST
- At least 1 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
