Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers with developing and maintaining project schedules, risk registers, action item logs, and project documentation
- Track project milestones, deliverables, KPIs, resources, and risks; identify potential impacts and escalate issues to project leadership
- Prepare project status reports, metrics, financial updates, forecasts, budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and governance presentations
- Coordinate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, governance reviews, stage-gates, and leadership updates
- Support change management, procurement, sourcing, contracting, and other project execution activities to maintain scope, schedule, and budget alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and other stakeholders while supporting resource planning, project lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical-related technical discipline
- 1+ years of experience supporting projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industry
- Interest in developing a career in project management
- Basic understanding of project scheduling and budgeting principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with SAP, Planview, or project management software is beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively supporting multiple PMs/concurrent projects
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must be on-site 100% in Columbus, OH
