Working in an energetic, fun and fast paced environment our Construction Estimators are responsible for a range of quantification and calculation activities that support our global customers operating in the construction industry through the timely and accurate delivery of construction documents. Construction Estimators require an awareness of the construction process, an ability to learn new construction methods and have great attention to detail. The ability to apply critical thinking and having the confidence to ask questions to avoid mistakes are both important as the role requires high quality outputs.

What You Will Do:

Responsibilities

• Đọc và diễn giải các bản vẽ kiến trúc và kết cấu để thu thập thông tin cần thiết
• Đọc và diễn giải các thông số kỹ thuật kiến trúc và các tài liệu liên quan để thu thập thông tin cần thiết
• Dựa trên thông tin được cung cấp, cung cấp giá trị ước tính hoặc số lượng sản phẩm

• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to gather required information
• Read and interpret architectural specifications and associated documents to gather required information
• Based on information provided, provide estimated values or quantities of products
• Outputs include Bills of Materials, Purchase Orders, Variation Orders, Sales Quotes, and other customer specific requirements
• Review drawings and documents for errors or deficiencies and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate records of valuable company information
• Participate in customer meetings to receive feedback on projects
• Modify files to adopt customer change requests
• Ensure completed work complies with customer instructions and specifications
• Participate in company continuous improvement projects or activities
• As part of delivering good customer service, develop your English skills
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng
• Trình độ tiếng Anh (CEFR) A1 hoặc tương đương
• Kỹ năng đọc bản vẽ công trình

• Có khả năng học các chương trình phần mềm mới

• University or College degree
• English level (CEFR) A1 or equivalent
• Construction plan reading
• Construction method knowledge
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Understand and be able to demonstrate good customer service
