What You'll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment to safely move and stockpile materials.
• Load customer and internal trucks efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and report equipment maintenance needs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas in accordance with company and site procedures.
• Support plant operations by assisting with production, inventory management, and other assigned tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production, construction, mining, or industrial environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and following established procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with the capability to identify and communicate equipment concerns.
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to perform physical tasks and work independently when needed.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $30.80 per hour.
