Position Summary
The Water Treatment Services Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customer water quality concerns, combining job coordination with water treatment knowledge. This role manages day-to-day customer communications and scheduling, diagnoses and troubleshoots water filtration and pump issues via phone, and analyzes water quality reports to design appropriate remediation systems.
Essential Functions
· Serve as primary contact for incoming phone calls and emails regarding service requests and customer questions.
· Schedule service appointments, installations, and follow-up visits, coordinating with fields technicians and customer availability.
· Troubleshoot customer-reported issues with water filtration systems and pumps via phone, providing initial diagnostics and guidance before scheduling field support.
· Coordinate logistics for equipment, parts, and technician scheduling to ensure timely service.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and system installations in ServiceTitan.
· Review and interpret water quality test reports to identify contaminants, hardness levels, and other water concerns.
· Design and recommend appropriate filtration and treatment system configurations to remediate identified water quality concerns.
· Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
· Respond quickly to customer problems or issues.
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Experience with ServiceTitan is not required but preferred.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
· Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
· Ability to work within and meet established deadlines.
· Punctual.
· Mechanically inclined.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Highly organized and attention to detail.
· Must have a clean background, a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
Physical Demands and Work environment
· This job operates in an office environment with frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer when working in the office.
· Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds.
Travel Required
· Travel as needed but not regularly required.
Education and Experience
· 3+ years of experience in project coordination. Water treatment filtration experience a plus.
· High school diploma or GED equivalent.
· Self-starter with a proven track record of working independently
