U Value Insulation are one of Ireland's leading family-owned distributors of building materials, specialising in insulation and drywall products, to the Irish and UK markets. We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced and growing team. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Location: Ballycoolin Dublin 15 (Moving to Dunshaughlin in 2026)

About the role:

• Operating a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Assisting with general warehouse duties

• Offloading supplier goods and ensuring accurate stock control.
• Working within company policies and procedures to maintain high health & safety standards.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and running efficiently.
• Working as part of a friendly and motivated team

Requirements

• Previous Reach Forklift Truck driving experience (license/cert is essential)
• A proactive, hands-on approach
• Good attention to detail and reliability
• A positive attitude with the drive to grow your career
• It is an advantage if the successful candidate has a shunting licence, but not ideal training can be provided.
• Experience in a busy yard/ warehouse.
