WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Analyst to support Poland Technology organization. This is a multifaceted role spanning operational support, governance coordination, vendor management, and data analysis — ideal for someone comfortable balancing multiple priorities and partnering with stakeholders across regions.
• Support day-to-day Poland technology operations across administrative, governance, and organizational processes, collaborating closely with global teams in the United States, EMEA, and APAC.
• Coordinate and manage operational activities related to vendors, contractors, and service providers, including invoicing and payment tracking, contract extensions and renewals, onboarding and offboarding processes, and supplier issue resolution.
• Partner with vendor management, finance, accounting, procurement, HR, and technology teams across multiple regions to ensure smooth operational delivery.
• Assist with governance and compliance-related activities, including local operational and tax-related programs.
• Maintain and improve operational reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to support management decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, operational summaries, and management updates for leadership stakeholders.
• Drive operational efficiency improvements and process standardization across the Poland technology organization.
• Support software and SaaS vendor coordination across various technology and business functions.
• Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.

WHAT’S REQUIRED

• Experience in operations, business support, vendor management, administration, project coordination, or analytical roles within a corporate or technology environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and execution quality.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, reporting, and operational metrics.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in an international or matrix organization is strongly preferred.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools, Large Language Models, and modern developer-assistance platforms is considered a strong plus, including familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and AI-enabled workflow and productivity platforms.
