Talent Acquisition Lead, Technology

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven, and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Lead, Technology to manage end-to-end hiring for technology and digital roles. The role requires strong recruitment execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The successful candidate must have prior recruiting agency background or agency-side recruitment experience and be comfortable navigating a start-up environment. The role will partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, market insights, and a strong candidate experience. The ability to read, write, and communicate in Chinese is required, as the role involves regular communication with stakeholders in Taiwan and China. Recruiting experience across Taiwan and/or China markets will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, including Software Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IT, and Technology Leadership positions.
- Personally drive sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, target profiles, and timelines.
- Develop sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, market mapping, networks, and agency-style search methods.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stakeholder & Advisory Partnership
- Act as a trusted TA partner to business leaders, hiring managers, and regional stakeholders.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, talent availability insights, and hiring recommendations.
- Communicate regularly with Taiwan and China stakeholders in Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Advise stakeholders on hiring strategy, talent trade-offs, market realities, and recruitment timelines.
- Build strong relationships across teams and markets to support hiring effectiveness.

Talent Pipeline & Market Development
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for critical and recurring technology roles.
- Conduct market mapping across relevant talent pools and competitor organizations.
- Identify, engage, and convert passive candidates using direct search and agency-style recruitment techniques.
- Support workforce planning through talent insights, candidate intelligence, and market feedback.
- Leverage Taiwan and/or China market recruitment experience where relevant.

Results & Business Impact
- Operate with a strong focus on hiring outcomes, revenue impact, and business growth.
- Track recruitment activity, pipeline conversion, hiring progress, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support business expansion by delivering timely and high-quality hires for growth-critical roles.
- Bring structure, urgency, accountability, and commercial discipline to recruitment delivery.
- Contribute to improved recruitment processes, hiring standards, and reporting practices.

Requirements:
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, or technology hiring.
- Prior recruiting agency background or agency-side recruitment experience is required.
- Proven hands-on recruitment experience across sourcing, screening, candidate management, offer negotiation, and stakeholder updates.
- Strong experience recruiting for technology, digital, product, data, cloud, cybersecurity, IT, or related roles.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in Chinese is required for Taiwan and China stakeholder engagement.
- Experience recruiting in Taiwan and/or China markets is a strong advantage.
- Experience supporting regional or international hiring across multiple markets.
- Results-driven, revenue-conscious, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
- Comfortable and confident navigating a start-up environment with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and lean resources.
- Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and closing skills.
- High level of ownership, urgency, resilience, and commercial judgment.
- Hands-on team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves, support colleagues, and contribute wherever needed in a fast-moving start-up environment.
