What you will do but not limited to: 

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.  

• Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new hire experience.  

• Support the planning, coordination, and administration of learning and development programs.  

• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records accurately.  

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR projects.  

• Conduct market research and benchmarking related to recruitment and talent development trends.  

• Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.  
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Human Resources.  
• Have Previous internship or organizational experience in HR, recruitment, training, or event management is a plus. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. 

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment platforms is an advantage.  

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.  

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.  

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
