Position Objective:

With supervision, will carry out job functions as outlined below.

Essential Job Duties:

6. Has an understanding of LEAN principles; may participate in VSA or RIE
7. Issues are appropriately escalated
8. Follow standard operating procedures for issue, change and access management
9. Seeks out opportunities to expand depth of knowledge/ understanding of system(s) supporting
10. Attend training, conferences and/ or seminars that enhance personal growth

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• One (1) year experience in information systems with client server application, programming or applications analysis or equivalent, such as business analysis.
• Experience in information systems with client server application, programming or application analysis or equivalent may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to four years of the required education.
• Strong working knowledge of application systems and analyst tools.

Required License/Certifications:

• Must obtain Epic certification in one or more modules within area of support
