We are looking for a Senior Qlik Developer to support the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions using Qlik technologies. This person will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and leadership to transform complex data into actionable insights and scalable dashboards that support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically strong, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with U.S.-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense and/or QlikView dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data transformations within Qlik
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
• Connect and integrate multiple data sources such as SQL databases, APIs, Excel files, ERP systems, and cloud platforms
• Optimize dashboard performance, reload schedules, and data refresh processes
• Troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy, performance, and user experience
• Collaborate with business users to identify KPIs, reporting needs, and automation opportunities
• Ensure data governance, consistency, and best practices across reporting environments
• Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests
• Document technical processes, data flows, and reporting structures

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView
• Strong experience building dashboards, scripting, and data modeling in Qlik
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and BI best practices
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and understand business needs
• Advanced English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
