You'll provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, gain independence, and achieve goals they never thought possible. We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals in the following areas:
- Berlin, PA
- Bedford, PA
- Somerset, PA
- and surrounding areas!
What You'll Do
- Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
- Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
- Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
- Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible
Pay & Schedule
- Weekly pay - up to $19/hr.
- Flexible part-time schedules
- Multiple shifts available

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities
