This full-time Solutions Engineer position is based in our brand-new Ultralytics office in London, UK.

🚀 What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Ultralytics, you will be the technical face of our organization. You will work directly with clients to design, prototype, and deploy computer vision solutions powered by Ultralytics YOLO. You will help bridge the gap between client needs and our powerful AI tooling, guiding them through every stage from ideation to deployment. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their use cases and challenges, and architecting end-to-end solutions using the YOLO ecosystem.

• Deliver high-quality technical demos, onboarding sessions, proofs of concept, and technical workshops that illustrate how to build with YOLO and demonstrate the power of Ultralytics tooling.

• Design annotation strategies and model training pipelines tailored to the client’s data, goals, and deployment constraints.

• Debug client issues and delivering effective solutions with a strong understanding of the YOLO package, Python, OpenCV, and model behavior.

• Support pre-sales efforts by participating in technical discovery calls and helping shape proposals and SLAs.

• Partner regularly with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities.

• Act as a strategic technical advisor to clients, shaping computer vision solutions that drive tangible business outcomes with YOLO models.

• Enable the sales and marketing teams with technical expertise, competitive insights, and field learnings to support campaign effectiveness and messaging accuracy.

• Represent Ultralytics at conferences, webinars, and customer events. Contribute to technical blog posts, customer stories, and educational materials.

Your strategic vision and technical expertise will be essential in supporting Ultralytics' mission of delivering top-tier machine learning tools and models like YOLO26 to the community.

🧠 Skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience in computer vision, machine learning, or applied AI roles.

• Excellent client-facing skills: patient, resilient, and able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the YOLO ecosystem.

• Hands-on experience with OpenCV, PyTorch, and classical ML/CV concepts.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end model lifecycles, including data collection, preparation, training, evaluation, and deployment.

• Experience with Docker and comfort working across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments.

• Demonstrated ability to teach or mentor teams and developers through courses, bootcamps, workshops, or community engagement.

• Comfort leading workshops, writing technical guides, or presenting to developer audiences.
