Liquid Personnel is seeking an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Safeguarding team based in North Lincolnshire.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will,

• Conduct a statutory range of assessments, reviews, and reassessments using recognised social work methods, theories, and models to identify actions that promote change, development, and improved life opportunities.
• Work within all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to assess and meet the needs of adults and their support networks, offering appropriate support through personal budgets where applicable.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and clear records in line with applicable legislation, protocols, and guidelines.
• Arrange and chair planning meetings, client reviews, and other ad hoc meetings as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
