Job Title:  Social Worker - Adult Community  
Location: Rotherham (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £33 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Social Worker on behalf of its client’s Adult Community Team based in Rotherham.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Experience supporting older adults or individuals with physical, cognitive, or learning disabilities
• Skilled in Care Act assessments, support planning, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Best Interest decisions
• Knowledge of DoLS, including s.21A court work, and ability to work within legal frameworks
• Experienced in safeguarding procedures and conducting Section 42 enquiries under the Care Act
• Familiar with CHC Checklists and DSTs; able to complete home visits with at least 3 days onsite required

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
