Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Community

Pay Rate: £34 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client's Adult Community Team based in Wirral.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Deliver front-line operational safeguarding for vulnerable adults.
• Ensure safe staffing levels to meet statutory safeguarding responsibilities.
• Carry out Care Act assessments and address care and support needs.
• Respond to and manage safeguarding concerns in line with policy and legislation.
• Maintain essential service delivery within adult social care.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
