As our Social Responsibility Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing our ethical sourcing strategy to life by partnering with suppliers to drive meaningful social and environmental outcomes across our global network.
Working cross-functionally across Merchandising, Supply Chain and Production, you'll lead supplier social compliance, worker voice initiatives, environmental programs and human rights due diligence. You'll build trusted supplier partnerships, drive continuous improvement and help ensure our sourcing network meets the high standards we set.

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage the end-to-end supplier compliance lifecycle in line with our Code of Conduct.
Lead worker voice and supplier engagement initiatives.
Support human rights due diligence and Modern Slavery compliance.
Drive supplier environmental programs, including Higg FEM (Worldly).
Partner with Supply Chain to strengthen traceability and supplier risk management.
Lead and support two on-ground team members.
Deliver supplier training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance systems and improve processes through technology and automation.
Collaborate across Merch, Supply Chain and Production to embed social responsibility standards and expectations into supplier relationships.

Skills & Experience:
4+ years' experience in ethical sourcing, social responsibility or supply chain sustainability.
Experience managing supplier compliance, factory audits and corrective action plans.
Knowledge of human rights, modern slavery and worker voice programs.
Experience with ethical sourcing platforms such as Sedex, Elevate EiQ, OSC or Worldly (Higg FEM).
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted supplier relationships.
Highly organised, with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Experience working across global supply chains or with remote teams is highly regarded.
Mandarin or Vietnamese language skills are advantageous.
