About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner – GTM to join our London-based EMEA team. Acting as a strategic talent advisor and go-to-market specialist, you will drive the expansion of our sales and GTM teams with full autonomy. You will leverage your deep market expertise, extensive network, and AI-driven strategies to identify and secure top-tier talent for Cloudflare. While your primary focus will be the SEUR region, using your recruitment experience in France, Spain, Italy and Portugal to navigate these specific markets, you will also maintain the agility to pivot your support to other regions as business needs evolve.
Language Requirements: Fluency in French is required to effectively partner with regional stakeholders and candidates; proficiency in Spanish is considered a significant advantage.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Build and execute comprehensive talent strategies to help hiring leaders build high-performing teams, functioning similarly to how a salesperson puts together a go-to-market plan.
- Proactive Pipeline & Passive Candidate Outreach: Draw upon an extensive network of industry contacts to build proactive pipeline strategies for a variety of GTM roles, maintaining a heavy focus on Account Executives and Customer Engineers.
- Stakeholder Management & Advising: Build and maintain solid relationships with the GEO VP and cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, HRBPs, and compensation teams.
- AI-Agent Integration & Process Optimisation: Partner with internal automated AI agents and generative tools to eliminate legacy manual tasks, optimise administrative outreach workflows at scale, and synthesise complex market data to inform regional talent strategies.
- Data Utilisation & Analytics: Leverage foundational data layers and recruitment analytics to inform talent strategies, actively analysing metrics such as time-to-hire and source efficiency to drive optimal operational decisions.
- Employer Branding & Market Awareness: Lead and execute strategic employer branding initiatives tailored to the EMEA market to elevate Cloudflare's profile as a top destination for GTM talent.
