As part of the Health & Wellbeing Collective, we are building an operational platform to support companies in the Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) space called the VMS Co-Op. The VMS Co-Op will host OLLY and SmartyPants and will grow to include other VMS companies and future acquisitions as well.

THE ROLE: SENIOR DIRECTOR OF SALES - WALMART
Reporting to the VP of Walmart & Club, the Senior Director of Sales, Walmart will lead the long-term growth strategy for one of the organization’s largest and most important customers. This role is responsible for building a high-performing Walmart business across the Wellbeing Collective portfolio, leading a team across sales, replenishment, and analytics, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep Walmart experience, strong commercial and P&L ownership, executive-level customer relationships, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Walmart sales team across sales, replenishment, and analytics to deliver profitable growth across the Wellbeing Collective portfolio.
- Own the long-term Walmart customer strategy, including annual planning, customer priorities, growth opportunities, and alignment to the broader company strategy.
- Build and strengthen executive-level partnerships with Walmart, positioning WBC as a strategic partner in category growth and transformation.
- Lead annual business planning and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Brand, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management, and eCommerce.
- Use customer, category, consumer, and performance insights to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and improve decision-making.
- Manage P&L, trade investment, and customer plans with strong financial discipline and a focus on sustainable growth.
- Improve processes, ways of working, data utilization, and sales best practices to support a more effective Walmart business.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, building capability and leadership bench strength.
- Model WBC values and help create a collaborative, inclusive, high-accountability team culture.
CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Consumer Health, Wellness, or related industries.
- Significant Walmart customer leadership experience with demonstrated success managing large, complex customer businesses.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.Deep P&L and Trade Budget knowledge and ownership experience
- Strong P&L ownership, trade budget management, forecasting, and financial planning experience.
- Proven ability to lead annual planning, customer strategy, Joint Business Planning, and strategic negotiations.
- Deep understanding of Walmart’s merchandising, replenishment, omnichannel, and eCommerce environment.
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision maker who can translate customer, consumer, category, and financial insights into actionable growth plans.
- Inclusive leader who communicates clearly, gives and receives feedback well, and builds strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and energized by working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented business.
THE DETAILS
LOCATION: Northwest Arkansas, 4X travel per year to company offsites
HOURS: full time, exempt (salaried)

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The base pay range for this position is $156,880.00 -$235,320. For this remote role, compensation is determined based on geographic location and experience, and the final offer will reflect these factors within the posted range.
