We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner to lead project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for large-scale construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in project scheduling, construction sequencing, and schedule management who can ensure projects remain on track through proactive planning and timely identification of risks and delays.

As a Senior Project Planner, you will work closely with project leadership, site teams, procurement, design, and engineering stakeholders to develop detailed project schedules, monitor execution against baseline plans, and implement recovery strategies when required. You will play a critical role in maintaining schedule accuracy, supporting resource planning, and delivering actionable insights that enable successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Gantt charts covering all phases of construction.
• Track daily and weekly project progress against approved baseline schedules and identify schedule deviations.
• Analyze project delays, determine root causes, and recommend practical recovery and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with site, procurement, engineering, and design teams to capture schedule updates and maintain accurate project timelines.
• Prepare weekly progress reports, schedule variance analyses, and project status updates for leadership review.
• Maintain and regularly update master project schedules to reflect approved scope or timeline changes.
• Support resource planning by identifying over-allocation, under-utilization, and scheduling conflicts across project activities.
• Conduct short-term and medium-term look-ahead planning to ensure work readiness and smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction milestones and proactively escalate critical delays, risks, and dependencies to project leadership.
• Ensure planning activities align with construction objectives, quality standards, and project delivery timelines.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of experience in construction project planning and scheduling, preferably on high-rise residential developments.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project for project planning and schedule management.
• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, including civil works, RCC, MEP systems, interior finishing, and project sequencing.
• Proven ability to develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, perform schedule analysis, and implement recovery plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify project risks, evaluate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience supporting resource planning, milestone tracking, and project reporting throughout the construction lifecycle.
• PMP certification, experience with luxury residential projects, or familiarity with RERA milestone reporting will be an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering projects on schedule through effective planning and execution.
