Senior Project Manager at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage strategic projects within COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, ensuring successful delivery in line with company goals and client expectations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, managing teams, budgets, and timelines, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end delivery accountability across a l squad workstreams and applications — from technical architecture and Kanban flow through to production deployment
• Manages cross-app dependencies, monitor progress, highlight risks and mitigation strategy and prepare status reports and management reports when needed
• Coaches the team, drives continuous improvement, and coordinate decisions with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and QA Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree at a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Kanban, WIP management and flow metrics and cross-squads dependecies management
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business-level status and risk language
• Proven delivery accountability — ownership of outcomes, not just execution
• Experience with the whole software delivery life-cycle from requirements gathering to testing and deployment in large enterprise or banking context
• Hands-on experience in software engineering, preferably hands-on development experience in Java
• Solid expertise with software quality management and test automation
