Ideal Profile

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in software development and enterprise integration.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions using MuleSoft.

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale integration architectures.

• Strong background integrating Salesforce with internal and third-party platforms.

• Experience establishing technical standards, governance, and best practices.

• Demonstrated success mentoring developers and supporting knowledge transfer.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain MuleSoft integration solutions.

• Build reusable APIs and integration frameworks aligned with MuleSoft best practices.

• Design and implement enterprise integration architectures.

• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external business systems.

• Develop RESTful and SOAP-based APIs and services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues.

• Lead technical solution design sessions and architecture reviews.

• Establish integration standards, governance, and development frameworks.

• Collaborate with internal teams to define and deliver integration requirements.

• Mentor and train developers and administrators on MuleSoft capabilities and best practices.

• Produce technical documentation, integration specifications, and support guides.

• Ensure all integration solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable.

• Participate in Agile planning, ceremonies, and delivery activities.
