Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver user-focused features.
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our frontend platform and component library.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following modern engineering practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance and reliability.
• Contribute to technical discussions, estimation, planning, and sprint activities.
• Continuously improve development workflows, tooling, and engineering practices.
• Stay up to date with modern frontend technologies and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

Must Have

• Professional experience developing web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design.
• Experience working with Git and participating in collaborative code reviews.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring other engineers.
• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience with Redux.
• Experience with test library and framework like Playwright, React Testing Library and Vitest.
• Experience building or maintaining a component library (with Storybook).
• Strong focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience.
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and agentic AI workflows.

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of frontend security best practices.
• Experience with performance monitoring and optimization.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or owning frontend architecture.
