We're looking for a SEA Manager who thrives on turning insights into measurable business impact, combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution to scale performance across international markets.

You'll work closely with marketing, analytics, creative, and supply teams to build high-performing campaigns, challenge the status quo through testing and automation, and translate complex performance data into clear strategic recommendations that help both our clients and LOOP grow.

Requirements

• Own Performance Growth: Take full ownership of SEA channels across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other search platforms, driving sustainable growth through hands-on campaign management, optimization, and strategic development while consistently meeting efficiency targets.
• Launch and Scale Markets: Build and optimize campaigns for new market launches, managing feed setups, campaign architecture, Google Merchant Center, translation workflows, and testing frameworks for all different campaign types (Search, Shopping, PMax and more).
• Turn Data into Decisions: Analyze performance across multiple data sources—including platform data, GA4, internal reporting, attribution models, and market insights—to identify opportunities, improve profitability, and guide strategic decision-making.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain a robust SEA ecosystem through quality assurance, feed management, debugging, monitoring, and proactive issue resolution, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and perform at the highest level.
• Experiment and Automate: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by developing structured A/B testing roadmaps, leveraging scripts, automated rules, smart bidding strategies, and reporting solutions, and rapidly iterating on learnings to scale successful experiments
• Influence Through Insights: Present performance results and strategic recommendations confidently to clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
• Collaborate for Impact: Partner with creative, analytics, and supply teams while sharing knowledge across the media and performance team, identifying growth opportunities through search intent, competitor analysis, and cross-account learnings, and serving as a quality assurance partner beyond your own portfolio.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Bring a genuine passion for digital marketing, online trends, and the evolving search ecosystem, continuously exploring new opportunities, platform developments, and industry shifts to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
• Communicate with Impact: Confidently present performance insights and strategic recommendations in fluent English to clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders, translating

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000.
