The Indirect Tax Analyst is responsible for assisting sales and use tax compliance in accordance with stateand local laws. You are an integral part of a high-performance team with responsibilities of collecting and maintaining sales tax exemption certificates and assisting the Indirect Tax Supervisor as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing
● Collect, file, and maintain sales tax exemption certificates.
● Update customer taxability status in ERP system.
● Assist Sales Tax Supervisor with certificate campaigns.
● Assist AR/CS in researching and resolving customer sales tax issues and answering taxability questions.
● Responsible for gathering the necessary information to support the Company’s position during sales tax audits.
● Provide support to the Supervisor Indirect Tax during tax audits.
Desired Traits
● 2+ years of relevant experience in GST sales tax compliance.
● Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
● Must be able to perform under tight deadlines with flexibility.
● Works well in a team environment.
● Advanced computer skills in Excel. Proficient computer skills in Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and Word.
Preferred experience:
● Experience with Vertex or other similar sales and use tax compliance software preferred.
● Customer Service experience a plus.
