We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to support our team across EMEA and APAC. You’ll play a key role in preparing quotations, managing CRM, coordinating with vendors and distributors and ensuring the smooth execution of enterprise IT opportunities.

This role offers exposure to AI, Cybersecurity, Managed Services and Global IT Procurement while working with international customers and leading technology partners.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Support Account Managers with day-to-day sales operations.
• Prepare quotations, pricing and commercial proposals.
• Maintain and update CRM with opportunities, activities and customer information.
• Coordinate with distributors, OEMs and vendors for pricing and availability.
• Assist with customer documentation, NDAs and procurement requests.
• Track opportunities from quotation through order processing.
• Follow up with internal teams, partners and customers to ensure timely execution.
• Support enterprise technology projects across EMEA and APAC.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Inside Sales or IT Procurement.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the IT industry is preferred but not mandatory.
