The company is reinventing the stellarator using computer-controlled arrays of planar coils thereby replacing the intricate, complex modular magnets required in all other stellarator architectures. Thea Energy is building a safety first culture, and is hiring for an experienced Safety Manager to lead our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives. You will ensure a safe working environment for a team solving some of the world’s hardest problems. This role will have a high degree of autonomy in establishing safety protocols for the technologies we are developing.
