Registered Care Home Manager

£45,000 - £55,000

Delphi Care Solutions are working in partnership with an established and growing care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for one of their residential services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to take ownership of a well-supported service and play a key role in driving quality, compliance and positive outcomes for the people it supports.

We're looking for a strong leader who understands what great care looks like, can build and develop high-performing teams, and has the confidence to lead a service through its next stage of growth and development.

Whether you're an established Registered Manager seeking a new challenge or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into a registration role, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will:

• Ensure the service operates in line with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
• Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team
• Maintain high standards of care, quality and safeguarding
• Oversee recruitment, training, supervision and performance management
• Manage budgets, staffing levels and service performance
• Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement across the service

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Full UK Driving Licence
