Job Overview

Our client is a specialist UK-based executive search consultancy seeking a polished and experienced Senior Executive Search Resourcer to support its Technology and Finance teams.

Working remotely from South Africa, you will identify, engage and qualify senior-level candidates across the UK, Europe and the United States.

This is not a high-volume recruitment or CV-longlisting role. The successful candidate must be confident engaging with Director, VP and executive-level professionals, building long-term relationships and providing valuable market intelligence to the wider search team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt senior candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks and targeted market research.
• Conduct detailed market mapping across specialist Technology and Finance sectors.
• Engage passive candidates at Director and VP level with credibility and professionalism.
• Conduct in-depth qualification calls covering experience, motivations, compensation and career goals.
• Assess candidate suitability and present strong, well-qualified profiles to the Recruitment Consultant.
• Build long-term candidate relationships rather than focusing only on immediate vacancies.
• Gather market intelligence, leadership movement information and potential commercial leads.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes and follow-up actions within the ATS and CRM.
• Support search assignments, candidate reports and interview coordination.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in executive search, permanent recruitment, recruitment research or senior-level resourcing.
• Experience engaging Director, VP or executive-level candidates.
• International recruitment experience across the UK, Europe or United States.
• Strong headhunting, market mapping and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent candidate qualification and consultative interviewing ability.
• Polished verbal and written English communication.
• Strong relationship-building and commercial awareness.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and CRM platforms.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Working Hours
