About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) on the Performance Excellence Team.  You will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives across the organization. You will help manage cross-functional projects that span departments such as Growth, Market Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Finance. As part of the Enterprise PMO team, you will support complex, enterprise-wide programs aligned with TailorCare’s business goals. You’ll drive progress, ensure accountability, and contribute to building and refining scalable project management frameworks and tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to be part of shaping the future of healthcare.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and enterprise goals with a heavy focus on client implementations
  • Support the successful implementation of new partnerships by managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure clear communication, expectations management, and timely issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track and manage project milestones, scope, performance metrics, and budgets across enterprise-level initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks to ensure timely execution
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align project execution with strategic business objectives
  • Facilitate project planning sessions, retrospectives, and status meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support change management initiatives and process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven, scalable solutions
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare or startup environment
  • Experience with new and existing client implementations
  • Experience in process improvement and/or project management/process planning
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications a plus
  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies, EMRs, or clinical workflows is a strong advantage
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for onsite meetings, team collaboration, company events, etc.

Über TailorCare

No two patients or musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions are the same. Treatment plans shouldn’t be either. But knowing the right path to resolving joint, back, and muscle pain isn't easy. That leads to too many unnecessary, ineffective surgeries and less-than-favorable health outcomes that don’t meet patient or provider expectations.

In a system where 1 in 3 patients regret their decision to have a total joint replacement and up to 34% of patients continue to have long-term pain following surgery, a new approach is overdue.

TailorCare is answering the call. Our comprehensive care program takes a deeply personal, evidence-based approach to improving patient outcomes for joint, back, and muscle conditions. By combining a careful assessment of patients’ symptoms, health histories, preferences, and goals with predictive data and latest evidence-based guidelines, we help patients choose—and navigate—the most effective treatment pathway for them, every step of the way. The result? Improved treatment adherence, better care journeys, optimal patient outcomes, and a more efficient system for all.

Please be aware of fake job postings and offers. We will never ask for personal information such as Social Security numbers or bank details during the application process.
