Our Live Sales Studio in Oakland, CA connects with customers nationwide through interactive livestreams on platforms like Whatnot and TikTok Shop. We're looking for energetic, fashion-forward team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to help deliver an engaging live shopping experience.

Position Overview

As a Live Sales Team Member, you'll support the success of our live shopping broadcasts by preparing merchandise, organizing inventory, assisting hosts, fulfilling orders, and ensuring each show runs smoothly from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working behind the scenes, and wants to be part of the rapidly growing world of live commerce.

Responsibilities

• Prepare merchandise for live shopping shows.

• Organize and stage products for hosts before and during livestreams.

• Assist with inventory organization and product replenishment.

• Pull, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Support hosts during live broadcasts by keeping products organized and readily available.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient studio environment.

• Assist with shipment processing, inventory counts, and stock organization.

• Support setup and breakdown of live sales events.

• Work collaboratively with hosts, production staff, and the operations team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail, warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.

• Passion for fashion and the Dolls Kill brand.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable standing, lifting, and moving merchandise throughout the shift.

• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
