Part Time Mother's Helper – Towson, MD 

A family in Towson, MD 21204 is seeking a reliable, engaging, and patient caregiver to act as a long-term "Mother's Helper" for their two young children (10 months old and 2 years old). The mother will be home during the shifts, so this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment while providing attentive care.  

Schedule:

• Weekdays (Monday through Friday): 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Family Specifications:

• Smoke-free home
• Mother will be present in the home during shifts 

Responsibilities:

• Engage with the children, supervise play, and support developmental activities for a toddler and infant
• Assist with afternoon routines, including light snack preparation and cleanup
• Provide occasional local transportation or drop-offs using your own reliable vehicle, if needed
• Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience caring for young children
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for transportation
• Patient, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and consistent for daily afternoon shifts

Compensation:

• $20-25 per hour (commensurate with experience)
