Are you an experienced technician or supervisor looking to grow your career in the multifamily housing industry? We’re seeking a skilled, customer-focused Maintenance Technician who embodies our motto, “A Friendly Home.”
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency
- Perform preventive maintenance, light carpentry, appliance installations, HVAC tasks, and general repairs
- Build positive relationships with residents, co-workers, and vendors
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or trades (plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, etc.)
Preferred (but not required):
- CPO, EPA, OSHA certifications
- HVAC and appliance repair experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional weekends, overtime, or on-call may be required based on property needs)
