Open shifts:
19124: 2y/o female: Thursdays 11p-7a
19125: 2y/o male: Mondays 9:30p-7a
19104: 2y/o female: Monday-Wednesday and Sundays 11p-7a

- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing
Available Shifts:
- 8-, 12-hour shifts
- PRN, Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $30-32/hr.
