As we continue to grow globally, logistics remains one of the most important parts of our customer experience. We're looking for a Logistics Specialist who will help ensure that every OBDeleven product reaches its destination accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This role is about maintaining operational excellence while continuously improving the speed, quality, and reliability of our logistics processes. You'll play a key role in supporting our global operations and helping us deliver the best possible experience to our customers.

What you'll do:

• Process and coordinate various types of shipments, including B2C, B2B, and Amazon replenishment orders
• Handle customer returns, replacements, and reshipments
• Support daily warehouse operations, including physical handling and movement of products and shipments
• Work with WMS and ERP systems to manage inventory movements and ensure data accuracy
• Communicate with customers regarding returns, delivery details, addresses, and shipment-related inquiries
• Monitor and track operational data, including inventory levels, shipment volumes, delivery errors, replacements, and investigation cases
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
• Contribute to continuous improvements in logistics processes and operational quality

We expect:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with WMS and ERP systems (experience with Oracle NetSuite would be an advantage)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Willingness to perform hands-on operational tasks and physical work when needed
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support others
• Curiosity and motivation to continuously learn and improve
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
• Good spoken and written English skills

Gross salary range: €1,503–2,160/month (depending on your experience)
