Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy services to clients across Indiana. This role involves more than checking boxes during sessions. You will help clients talk through what is affecting their mental health, identify realistic goals, and build tools they can use in their day-to-day lives. You will complete clinical intakes, provide ongoing therapy, update treatment plans, and maintain accurate records. The right candidate is someone who can balance strong clinical judgment with clear communication and a calm, professional presence online.

Responsibilities

• Hold virtual therapy sessions where clients can speak openly and work through personal challenges.
• Complete clinical intakes that look at the client’s mental health history, support system, stressors, and goals.
• Help clients identify what is getting in the way of their well-being and what steps may help them move forward.
• Develop treatment plans that connect directly to the client’s needs and lived experience.
• Provide support for clients managing mood concerns, trauma responses, family issues, grief, anxiety, or adjustment struggles.
• Keep client records updated so care remains clear, consistent, and easy to follow.
• Use clinical judgment to decide when a client may need a different level of care or added support.
• Maintain strong boundaries and clear communication in a remote care setting.
• Follow all licensing, privacy, and documentation requirements for telehealth therapy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Indiana Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in good standing.
• Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services.
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical standards.
• Familiarity with electronic health records preferred.
