We're looking for a dependable and motivated Lead Building Cleaner/Lead Housekeeper to help oversee daily cleaning operations at Unity Village.
Pay: $16.50 per hour
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the daily cleaning team.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to company quality standards.
- Inspect completed work and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Train and assist new team members.
- Clean offices, hallways, common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other assigned spaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all designated areas.
- Restock janitorial and restroom supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and communicate with supervisors.
- Promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Janitorial or housekeeping experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic

Requirements
- Must be 18 years old and successfully pass a background & E-Verify checks
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Lead or supervisor experience.
- Must be reliable, willing to work at a fast pace, and be very detailed
- Cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor’s directions
- HS Diploma or GED
- Smart Phone
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
The physical requirements of this position include: walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting and repeat cleaning motions; utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies; lift up to 35 lbs.
