What is Lead Governance & Responsible AI?

We are seeking a strategic governance expert to establish and lead JazzWorld's Responsible AI framework. The Lead Governance & Responsible AI will define and govern JazzWorld's AI solutions to ensure they are secure, ethical, transparent, compliant, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong expertise in AI governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement. The Lead Governance & Responsible AI will partner with Legal, Risk, Security, and Technology teams to build comprehensive governance mechanisms, conduct risk assessments, and drive organization-wide awareness of responsible AI principles.

What does Lead Governance & Responsible AI do?

·       Define enterprise Responsible AI policies, standards, and governance mechanisms.

·       Establish AI risk management, model assurance, and compliance frameworks.

·       Develop controls for fairness, explainability, privacy, transparency, and accountability in AI systems.

·       Conduct governance reviews and risk assessments for AI initiatives across the enterprise.

·       Monitor evolving AI regulations and regulatory landscape to ensure organizational compliance.

·       Partner with Legal, Risk, Security, and Technology teams on AI governance and compliance matters.

·       Drive awareness and adoption of Responsible AI principles across the organization.

·   Drive adoption of industry-leading AI governance standards and frameworks, including ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management Systems), NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), and OWASP guidelines for AI and LLM security.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Lead Governance & Responsible AI?

·       8+ years of experience in AI governance, risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, data governance, or related fields.

·       Deep understanding and hands-on experience implementing ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), and OWASP AI/LLM Security Top 10 or equivalent AI governance and security frameworks.

·       Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model risk, and regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).

·       Proven experience designing governance and assurance frameworks at enterprise scale.

·       Strong policy development, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
