Location : Katowice, Poland -Hybrid

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and integrations as part of a cross-functional team
• Work across a modern, broad technology stack: Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker, MongoDB, MySQL
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and Product Owners throughout the full development lifecycle
• Contribute to gradual modernization of an established, large-scale codebase through safe, well-scoped changes
• Participate in code reviews and help uphold engineering standards within the team

About You:

• 3–5 years of professional Java development experience
• Solid understanding of Spring Boot and RESTful service design
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases; exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus
• Comfortable working in an Agile team environment with daily collaboration across functions
• Eager to learn, communicative, sharing knowledge, and grow as an engineer
• Strong written and spoken English
